• Contact information — name and email when you join our waitlist or contact us
• Audit responses — answers you provide in our free AI marketing audit
• Usage data — pages visited and general analytics via anonymised tracking
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe; we never store card details

How we use your data

• To deliver your personalised AI marketing audit
• To contact you about your waitlist application or service updates
• To improve our AI models and service quality

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest and, where required, with your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted third parties required to operate the service: Airtable (form storage), Anthropic (AI analysis — no personal identifiers sent), Stripe (payments), and Netlify (hosting).

Data retention

Waitlist data is retained for 12 months. Client data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 6 years. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data. Email hello@agentsatwork.co and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only essential session cookies required for the site to function. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
